What brands do you service? — We service most major appliance brands, including LG, GE, Whirlpool, KitchenAid, Maytag, Frigidaire, Electrolux, Bosch and many others.

Are you authorized by a manufacturer to do in-warranty work? — Yes. Appliance Equation is an LG Authorized Servicer and can perform qualifying LG manufacturer warranty repairs.

Do you warranty your work? — Most calls include a 1-year parts and labor warranty. For repairs covered by third-party warranties (home warranty plans, manufacturer warranties), follow those plans' terms instead.

What are your hours? — Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm. Closed weekends.

Do you repair built-in refrigerators? — Yes. We service many built-in and counter-depth refrigerators, including complex cooling, sealed-system, and electronic control problems.

Do you repair refrigerators that use R600a refrigerant? — Yes. We service many newer refrigerators that use R600a refrigerant and are equipped to diagnose and repair sealed-system problems when appropriate.

Do you carry appliance parts on the service vehicle? — Yes. We carry many commonly used appliance repair parts to help complete more repairs on the first visit. Some model-specific parts may still need to be ordered.

Can you tell me if my appliance is worth repairing? — Yes. After diagnosing the appliance, we can explain the problem, estimated repair cost, and other factors that may help you decide whether repairing or replacing it makes more sense.
